Basic Land Use Planning Tools and Resources

This is an overview of many resources available to support land use planning efforts in southwestern Pennsylvania. These resources support comprehensive and focused planning efforts. The complex relationships between land use, transportation and economic development planning in the Mon Valley require multi-municipal collaboration to achieve the greatest impact.
