Allegheny County 2001 Plan (1992)
The County Plan includes seven reports focusing on the following interrelated topics: Health and Human Services, Education and Training, Criminal Justice and Public Safety, Racial Equity, Development (Land Use, Economic Development, Local Government), Environmental Quality, and Conservation and Recreation. The Plan for Action represents broad consensus about steps that could be taken to enhance human development, and strengthen economic security in Allegheny County. The Comprehensive Study calls for county-wide cooperation in making significant structural changes to enhance social and economic prospects. Published by the Allegheny County Planning Department.
